Booking Conditions



Your booking will be confirmed and a confirmation email will be sent to your email address once you have paid 20% of the total rate, by credit card ( Visa, Mastercard or American Express) or bank transfer.


The remaining balance is to be paid upon arrival at the hotel by cash, traveller's checks or credit/debit card.


If you cancel your booking up to 2 days prior to your arrival, we will gladly refund the deposit within 3 working days.
 If not, the deposit is not refundable.

In the case of a \"No-Show\", the deposit is non-refundable.
